In the beginning, all nursing covers were handmade, ironed, folded, and packaged by Teri out of her home. I nursed four children and it was not until the fourth one that I decided that there had to be a better way of nursing in front of my Italian father in law so that the blanket did not fall off, but most importantly that the baby would get ventilation. It was a very simple invention…and when I came up with it, I decided that it was a good idea and that it should be out on the market. As time went on, the Priv A See brand was retired, and in 2009, Teri is unique design began selling under the unforgettable name Udder Covers.
